Quali lap is on the absolute limit with an on the edge setup to extract the full potential of the car
Race lap is taken a step back, more realistic lap for an actual online session while caring for track limits and being slightly conservative.

The race setup is from slightly later in the developement of the car and is a bit nicer to drive. Can also be used as a quali setup, could increase the rear arb by one click for it.
