Esport/LFM Setup Q23-27
Ferrari 296 GT3
Ferrari 296 GT3
Suzuka
- 23.0 °C
- 27.0 °C
I tend to lower the steering ratio because I like to have a more responsive GT3 when I turn my wheel while putting very little angle.
Don't hesitate to raise the steering ratio by 1-2 clicks if you are used to playing with more steering ratio.
TC: - I recommend the TC6 to be safe.
- TC5 if you are good on the 296
- TC4-3 for hairpin's exit
HotLap/Qualifying lap adjustement:
- Front Target psi tyres at the end of the lap 26,7-26,9
- Rear Target psi tyres at the end of the lap 26,9-27,0
- Front Toe: decrease near to -0,32 if you want more turning or increase near to -0,22 if you want more stable (it depends on the feeling of player)
- Rear Toe: increase near to -0,07 if you want more turning OR don't touch
- Front Antiroll Bar: decrease 1 click if you want more turning OR don't touch
- Rear Antiroll Bar: increase 1 click if you want more turning OR Don't touch
- Rear Bumpstop Range: decrease 2-3 click if you want more turning OR increase 1-3 click if you want more stable or don't touch
- Rear Ride Height: decrease 1 click if you want more stable OR don't touch
- Brake Bias: increase the BB if you lose rear traction under braking zone
Race adjustement (advice): Adjust based on race duration. For 15 minutes, you can keep the qualifying setup. For endurance with a 1h/1h10 stint, opt for a slower setting for pure performance but consistent over the duration of the stint.
- Front Target psi tyres at the end of the lap 26,8-26,9
- Rear Target psi tyres at the end of the lap 27,0-27,2
- Front Brake Ducts: it depends on the temperature
- Rear Brake Ducts: it depends on the temperature
My best lap with this setup: 1:57.895 (on a mega lap, there is the possibility of doing 57.6 very high, so you can improve so much my time)
Best lap qualif with brake duct 4-3: 1:57.912 (I had a problem recording this lap, so here's the lap I did just before it in 1:58.070)
Best lap with 80L: 1:58.810 ((average time 1.59.1 at the stint start /on a mega lap, there is the possibility of doing 1.58.7 low)
Warning: there's a high probability of graining appearing on the front tires. I haven't found a solution to counter this problem. However, the tire temperature range is good:
- between 91-95 degrees Celsius if you're running with the brake ducts set to 3 rear - 2 front
- between 86-90 degrees Celsius if you're running with the brake ducts set to 4 rear - 3 front
I tried with Meta 11-11 dampers, but it didn't change anything. So, you've been warned.
Good Luck and Have Fun.
