This is the exact setup and (almost) identical time I had during the GTWC America Esport Sprint Series at round 1 at Laguna Seca.
Qualifying time in the event was 1:21.405  Only good for 11th, +0.523s behind the Williams Esports Audi in pole.
In the Race the car finished a strong 8th/22 in the Pro field, but was generally still a quarter second off pace from the Audis, Ferraris, and Porsches even after Kunos reduced it's balast leading up to the race.  If you prefer the BMW it will still put up a pretty good fight, just not enough for a win

Setup Characteristics:

Setup has Race fuel for 2x30min stints, lap was set on low fuel (12L).  I personally just like qualifying on the same setup I race with for most sprint races.
BMW drives like a boat on this tight and twisting track.  A lot of effort was made to help rotation, so it can be on edge at times.
Setup was intended for a tire swap after 30min, so no effort was made to preserve tires over longer distance.
Rear will start to slide on the kink exit after about 20min.  I think it's the setup's biggest flaw, but didn't figure out how to tune it out without sacrificing elsewhere.
Contrary to my teammate I feel more comfortable using brake and throttle to get the front to grip in slower corners, so I run higher front roll bars because I like the more responsive front feeling in the kink.  Might feel very understeery in Turns 1 and 2

Best Adjustments:

Better front grip in T1 and T2: Lower Front ARB
Generally less oversteer:  Lower Rear Ride Height
Reduce power-oversteer on slow corner exit: Lower Rear Differential
