The provided data is driven with the included setup in the conditions on the LFM License Server.

You need to do 7 consecutive CLEAN laps, without off track violations.

The lap time average must be faster than 1:49.1 - but this should not be your main concern. The target average lap is easily 6 seconds slower than what the car can do on a fast lap, and still easily 5 seconds slower than what is achievable without risking off tracks or pushing. 

The license test is assessing your ability to adapt to the target of doing several clean laps in a row and forgetting about lap time. It's a test that you are willing to prioritze the bigger goal over an individual lap, a test that you can tame yourself while driving.

The provided laps are not pushed. That means I was neither braking at the latest possible point, nor am I taking the corners at the fastest possible speed. Instead I am trying to stay well clear of the track limits and line the car up for good corner exits to carry speed onto the long and short straights on this track. I only commit to the throttle, when I know I'll make the corner with room to spare. No harsh transitions in the steering, No or minimal need for counter-steering. We aren't trying to break world records here. We only want to follow the standard racing line and obey a few simple principles to pass the test:

• slow in fast out (that means to not overcook the entry, stay in charge of where you want to position the car. If you cannot choose your position, you are too fast!)
• using all the track (minus some margin for safety). We stay wide during braking, turn in from that wide position, come close to the inside while slowing down and go wide again on exit while accelerating again
• make the right compromises. Many corners are connected (for example Turn 2 and 3, 4 and 5, 8 to 11). By focussing on a good exit out of the last corner of a section onto the straight you'll make sure to not lose too much time while going straight. 
• smooth and precise inputs with room for adjustment
• no pushing, let the car do the work - we're driving at 95-98% capacity of the car, not 105%! No 100% braking, not steering as much as the car could take.
