Datapack for Ferrari 296 GT3 - GT3 Fanatec Challenge - Fixed Week 3 @ Watkins Glen International - Boot

A classic, this track is between the greatest in the sim. A lot of elevation changes and a large variation of high speed corners. The car struggles with understeer on throttle so be patient on exit and be smooth with the brakes because the car will overrotate. On slow corners the car feels a bit loose on exit, so be patient on throttle an avoid spining the tires especially on T7, T8 and T9.

I used stock BB for these laps.

On T1 the important thing is to have a nice exit to the uphill.

The chicane and T5 is a tricky section especially with those curbs, be sure you commit to the first one being as close as you can to the wall, and be carefull with the rest of them.

On T7 you can go a bit wide on entry to secure a nice exit for that straight.

On T8 you can go wide on exit so open a bit the steering on throttle to avoid sliding.

T9 is tricky because is blind and the car will struggle on power, so be as smooth as you can to secure a good exit.

T10 and T11 are about being smooth with your inputs, the car may want to snap a bit in T10 and then understeer on T11.

This is a fixed series, the only thing you can change is Brake Bias which I will specify always in here.
