McLaren suffers a bit from being unable to take the kerbs. The compromises to make it happen eventually cost too much time. Check the line and then avoid the first kerb for the chicane, this makes the car ready to take the 2nd head on. In the second chicane make sure to play with the throttle to lift up the nose, lock and open the differential to rotate the car just when you need it and stabilize it just when rumbling over the kerbs.

Adjustments

• If its too sensitive with fuel, keep lowering the rear, taking away front bump stop range, or add front spring by a click
• play with higher brake bias, this might be on the edge
• If temperature is warmer than 23C consider using more brake ducts
• If the car is too responsive, no worries: increase the steer ratio potentially

Overall the McLaren only works with a single style of setup imo.
