No lift, no fear — Mustang at Hungaroring. Esport/LFM Setup Q23-27
Ford Mustang GT3

Hungaroring
- 23.0 °C
- 27.0 °C
I tend to lower the steering ratio because I like to have a more responsive GT3 when I turn my wheel while putting very little angle.
Don't hesitate to raise the steering ratio by 1-2 clicks if you are used to playing with more steering ratio.
TC: - I recommend the TC6.
- TC5 for the T1 and T15 and at the exit of the T16
HotLap/Qualifying lap adjustement:
- Target psi tyres 27.0-27,1
- Rear Toe: decrease 1-2 clicks if you want more turning OR don't touch
- Rear Antiroll Bar: increase 1 click if you want more turning OR decrease 1 click if you want more stable
- Rear Ride Height: increase 1 click if you want more turning OR decrease 1 click if you want more stable but understeer appears OR don't touch
Race adjustement (advice):
- Target psi tyres between 27,1-27,3
- Front Antiroll Bar: increase 1 click if you want more stable OR don't touch
- Rear Antiroll Bar: decrease 1 click if you want more stable OR don't touch
- Rear Ride Height: decrease 1-2 clicks if you want more stable but understeer appears OR don't touch
- Front Brake Ducts: it depends on the temperature
- Rear Brake Ducts: it depends on the temperature
My best lap with this setup: 1:41.842 (on a mega lap, there is the possibility of doing .6 mid high, so you can improve so much my time)
Track advice: Avoid riding the kerb at Turn 1 and going too wide on the exit, you lose time on the kerbs. For sector 2 of the chicane, if you pass on the right without a bounce, pray to pass on the left without or with a slight bounce… if you pass it, that's your chance, so turn off your brain and push hard until the end of the lap.
Good Luck and Have Fun.
