The car generally suffers from being too soft. It can hardly be addressed with the setup either.
This results in a lot of bottoming out, unless you raise the ride height ridiculously. This setup tries to find a balance there.
- When comparing your lap with this, take particular note of the steering inputs into all fast corners. The car is intolerant to quick weight transfers and doing them too aggressively will drive the splitter into the ground. Try to always turn into the corners from an almost straight traveling car.
- - The setup uses the full negative toe. It definitely helps, but to a lesser extent in the 3-4 tenths region I would say. Feel free to use -0.15 on the front and around +0.05 on the rear should the negative toe ever get solved.
- The race lap was done with 62 liters. The car has very little aero balance change with different fuel loads, so from here you should be able to use it for any race distance.
