992 GT3 R Full Bundle: The True Porsche Experience. LIMITED OFFER!

1.10 Update: Since my setups don't exploit any meta, they should still work fine. There haven't been major updates outside of BOP.

1.9.7 Update: The car has lost kilos on 4 tracks, for which I have done new laps. However the bigger change is to the front suspension. It gives a bit more feedback now, but the car in general also feels a little less responsive. In qualifying i found it hard to improve lap times even with less kilos. The race however seems to be where the changes really come to fruition: Easily gained 2-3 tenths or more everywhere with fuel in the car. Seems the front end responds even better to weight, which will also have impact over the amount of understeer creeps into the car over a stint. It does not really require new setups. However, if the new front end makes you a little uncomfortable what helped me was:

• increase rear rebound damping to max if not done already (if its unstable into the turns)
• increase rear ride height by 1 click (especially on the race setup) (if it understeers mid turn or on exit)
• increasing caster (giving more ffb and more front bite in fast corners)

The Porsche is an all time classic race car. Many Setups available for ACC utilize extreme settings in order to produce fast lap times in the hand of professional simracers, but come at a huge cost for drivability and consistency. The general driving experience does not match how the real car would behave and is more difficult to predict and control, often leading to worse lap times than the driver would be capable of.

My attempt with all setups in this bundle is to provide a unique and enjoyable driving experience in the Porsche 992 GT3 R, that allows you to feel on top of the car instead of being on the back foot into every corner. The lap times are often very competitive regardless and I'm certain that most people will be faster with these setups than with anything else out there - full stop.
