Setup Notes

Use preload to tune the car to your driving style, but I advise to keep it at a rather high value as provided in the setup for this track.

Higher Preload = Less rotation on entry, more rotation on exit

Lower Preload = More rotation on entry, less rotation on exit

Corner By Corner Driving Guide

T1 - Brake a good bit before the curb on the left starts. Be careful on brake pressure as bumps up the hill want to lock your tyres. Aim for and hook the inside curb at its squarest point only.

T2 - Easy in, slow downshifts, late downshift to 2nd. Your are fighting against the rear tyres that want to lock up. Can use plenty of inside curb.

T3 - T3 kink is flat out, but be alert, if you go slightly off line, not fully hooking the inside, the car will push wide into the grass.

T4 - No braking required, but quite some lift of the throttle! Hook the inside curb slightly to aid turn-in, but avoid still being on it when it ends, as there is a major bump that will send the car flying!

T5 - Do your braking in a straight line, then only let the car roll as you enter the corner. Wait until you are certain you can go back to full throttle, you don't want to have to back out of it again! Aim to be in the middel of the track throughout the most of the corner. Too far outside and it has less grip and is very bumpy. Too far inside feels good, but is slower!

T6 - Similar to T2. You can brake late here, but brake controlled, slow downshifts, late downshift to 2nd. Avoid putting too much steering input combined with too much brake input still applied or too much throttle input already applied. Can use plenty of inside curb.

T7 - Minimalize the amount you have to lift (% of throttle) at the cost of time you have to lift (seconds not at full throttle). The worst that can happen is lifting too little, getting understeer, then having to take out much throttle very suddenly, which will further unbalance the car and cost lap time.

T8 - Remember, you are shifting weight with your pedal input. Too much on the brakes for too long and the rear will become unstable. Too much throttle too early and you will understeer wide on exit. Compare to the provided pedals inputs in motec if you struggle here.

T9 - Rear will snap slightly when you go down to 3rd here. Be prepared to give some throttle when that happens, it will stabilze the car.

T10 - Use as much of the green astro on the inside as possible without touching the grass.

T11 - Need to tap the brakes for this one just before the 50m board. Hook the inside curb to help rotation. Use all the space you can on the outside to carry additional speed and open up T12 as well.

T12 - Keep it in 4th gear through here, only shift up to 5th after T12. The differential will lock awkwardly if you shift up before the corner, adding massive understeer.

T13 - Once again, go in easy. Slow downshifts. Very late downshift to 2nd. You main goal is to avoid the rear tyre from locking and gaining temperature.
